Hi,
A part of the complete forum can be cloned to another tab by using admin settings 'default forum' or 'default group' (admin settings).
LastPosts module doesn't take account of settings 'default forum/group' and show the latests posts of all forums.

This is an updated set of builds that with core Forum module 5.0.0. Both the core Forum module and these modules require DotNetNuke 5.4.2 or greater. For those who are upgrading from a previous version, please see the site link below to view how the module looks now (it is simple HTML now that could already be handled by your skin).

For those not familiar with the latest posts module, it displays the latest public posts from your forum on any page on your site. You can see an example of it (with no css updates done, so it is utilizing the skin) here: http://www.dnnforums.com. The module has 3 settings available from the module settings page (once it is placed on a page): Page Size, Forum Page, Forum Module (options should be self explanatory).

The top threads module simply lists the most active thread as well as the most popular thread in your forum module, anywhere on your site. You are able to chose between the last day, week, month and all time.
